Braised Lamb Chops

Lamb ribs are better cut and set aside

Boil the lamb chops to blanch the fishy smell
3.
Turn the ribs a few times and turn off the heat to remove the color completely

Saute the garlic, cinnamon, and pepper in hot oil
5.
Put lamb chops and stir fry with cooking wine and salt
6.
Stir fry without water, add braised soy sauce, stir fry to change color, add appropriate amount of water
7.
Simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes, close the sauce and turn off the heat
