Braised Lamb Chops with Rock Sugar

.Chop the lamb chops and blanch the radish.

Wash the blood and drain.
3.
Peel the carrots and cut into pieces with a hob.

Stir-fry in a frying pan for a few seconds to serve.

Saute the ginger slices.
6.
Add lamb chops.
7.
Add the dark soy sauce and stir well.
8.
Add beer and rock sugar.
9.
Bring to a boil and simmer until the lamb is crispy, add salt and stir-fried carrots.
10.
Change to high heat for a few minutes and add green garlic.
11.
Add some MSG to taste and serve.
Tips:
Braised lamb with some radish, pepper can remove the mutton smell
