Braised Large Intestine

First wash the intestines, turn them over to remove the oil inside, then grab a handful of salt, knead and wash, and cut into long sections after washing.

Add water and ginger slices to a pot and bring to a boil, blanch the washed intestines, and then rinse with cold water to drain.

Heat oil in the pot, add sliced ginger, stir fragrant, then add intestines and stir fry, this is to remove some fishy smell. Pour a large bottle of beer and bring it to a boil.

Transfer to a casserole, add light soy sauce, rock sugar, dark soy sauce, bay leaves, cooking wine, Luo Han Guo, and boil, reduce to a low heat, cover and cook for about an hour, turning several times in the middle.

Turn off the heat and take out the pot when it is cooked thoroughly, and cut into small sections after it has cooled slightly.
