Braised Lentils with Red Pepper

Main ingredients: red pepper, lentils, pork belly

Sliced pork belly, chopped green onions

Pick and wash the lentils and red peppers

Slice red pepper

Cut the lentils into cubes

Hot oil, sautéed chives

Add pork slices and stir fry

Cook in oyster sauce

Tips:
