Braised Loach

Buy the loach and raise it for two days before slaughtering it

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, dried chili and sauté fragrant, pour the loach and stir fry
3.
Stir fry until slightly yellowish
4.
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar in turn, and then add appropriate amount of water
5.
Then add garlic, turn to a low heat, and cook for about 20 minutes
6.
Heat the sauce and make it out of the pot
Tips:
Buy the loach and raise it for 2 days first to get rid of the muddy smell
