Braised Mackerel

Add oil to the hot pot. After the oil is hot, put the washed mackerel fillets into the pot! Use a non-stick pan, put it in, and shake the pan to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

Fry on both sides until golden brown. Add pepper, aniseed, and saute. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
