Braised Noodles

Main and auxiliary ingredients: sliced noodles, pork, lentils, carrots, green onions, ginger

Cut the pork into thick strips of chopsticks, which is the so-called "pork loin".

Add a little cooking wine, mix well, and let stand for 5 minutes. Add water starch. Grab gently and repeatedly to evenly sizing, that is, let the pork tenderloin absorb all the starch juice.

Shred the lentils, carrots, green onions and ginger.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the mashed pork tenderloin, and cook it over a low heat. As soon as the meat changes color, put it in a bowl and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add green onion and ginger and stir fry, then add carrots and stir fry evenly.

Add shredded lentils and stir well. Cook soy sauce.

Put in spare pork tenderloin. Add water, the amount of water should not exceed the ingredients in the pot. After boiling, add salt and MSG to taste.

Put the knife in the noodles, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Then turn the noodles over and simmer for about 2 minutes. Stir it evenly to turn off the heat.

Tips:
You can choose the auxiliary materials by yourself, including pork, chicken, and beef. You can also choose fungus, shiitake mushrooms, pleurotus eryngii and so on.
