Braised Noodles with Beans

Wash the lentils and kidney beans, then remove the rhizomes and chop the lentils. Break the kidney beans into small pieces by hand.

Boil a pot of water. After the water is boiled, put the noodles in, blanch the alkaline water, and place them on a plate for later use.

Pour oil in a hot pan, add lentils and string beans and stir fry.

After it's almost fried, add some light soy sauce and half a spoon of sugar to taste.

Then add a small amount of water, put the blanched noodles on the beans, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

Open the lid and pour in the dark soy sauce to color the noodles, then pour a little sesame oil and stir evenly before being out of the pan.
