Braised Noodles with Beans

Cut the pork into thin strips.

Wash and shred the beans.

Heat the oil in the pan and put the appropriate amount of green onion and ginger into the pan.

Add the pork and stir fry until the color changes.

Add the beans.

Stir fry until the beans change color.

Then add soy sauce and Meijixian.

Stir fry and cook for aroma.

Add appropriate amount of water, five-spice powder, salt and stir-fry well.

Turn the lid to medium heat and cook for five minutes.

Spread the cut surface evenly on it.

Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Shake the noodles with chopsticks to avoid sticking. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Finally, pour half a bowl of water on the noodles, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Stir-fry until the noodles are mixed well.

Simmer for another minute.
Tips:
Pay attention to the water in the pot at all times during the braising process. If there is not enough water, pour the soup or boiling water into the pot along the side of the pot in batches to ensure that there is enough water in the pot.
Do not use dried noodles when rolling or cutting noodles by hand.
