Braised Noodles with Beans

Prepare 10g sliced ginger, 20g sliced garlic, 50g shredded onion

200g pork belly slices, 200g carob segments

Put 500 grams of noodles under boiling water in a pot, and drain with cold water

Pour in the oil, add a star anise, stir-fry the pork belly aniseed, add garlic and ginger, stir-fry evenly

Add onion and beans and stir fry evenly

Add 500ml water, 5g salt, 3g monosodium glutamate, a spoonful of light soy sauce, simmer for 5 minutes

Add the noodles and simmer for 2 minutes, stir well
