A simple and quick one-pot meal, with meat, vegetables and staple food. It is really suitable for lazy people to cook. If you are in a period of lazy cancer like me, you might as well try this very grounded meal.

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Wash the pork belly and slice it for later use (shred the green onion and ginger for later use, I forgot to take this picture)

2. Remove the two ends and the silk on both sides of the carob

3. Add a little oil to the pan, add pork belly and stir fry

4. Stir-fry the pork belly to remove the excess fat, then add the green onion, ginger and dried chili, and stir-fry for a while

5. Add the beans and stir fry

6. Add a little soy sauce to color

7. Add an appropriate amount of water, the amount of water should be less than the beans

8. Spread the cut noodles evenly on the vegetables, turn to a medium-low heat to a boil, and add a little salt to taste.
