Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Meat slices, add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, pepper, water starch, marinate, beans, potatoes, cut and set aside

2. Pour oil into the pan, stir-fry the meat slices to change color, add the beans and potatoes

3. Continue to stir fry

4. Add water, no potatoes

5. Add soy sauce to mix, add salt

6. After the water has boiled, spread the noodles on top to cut off the noodles

7. Cover the pot and heat for ten minutes until the juice is collected. If you like the noodles to be softer, you can stir evenly when the soup is not completely dry.

8. Minced garlic

9. Coriander cut into sections

10. Put the coriander and minced garlic on top of the noodles, then pour the vinegar and stir. This is the most important step. Garlic and coriander are indispensable, which enhance the flavor
