Braised Noodles with Beans

Break the beans into 3~5 cm sections and clean them.

Sliced bacon for later use

Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the pot, add the cut bacon and stir fry

When the bacon is fragrant, pour the beans and stir fry together

After the beans are fried, add salt and stir-fry evenly, add boiling water, and the water has submerged the beans

After the water in the pot is boiled, put out a small bowl for later use, and then put the steaming grid on top of the beans

Spread the noodles on the steaming grid (cut the noodles in the middle before spreading), cover the pot and start steaming

Steam for about 2 minutes, open the lid, slowly pour the bean soup reserved in step 5 on the noodles, cover the lid and continue steaming

After pouring the soup, steam the noodles for about 3~5 minutes (when there is no soup in the pot, be careful not to dry the pot) Turn off the heat
10.
After the noodles are simmered, pour the prepared vinegar and soy sauce on the noodles, then stir with chopsticks and mix well with the beans at the bottom of the pot.
