Braised Noodles with Beans

Stir-fry pork belly with peanut oil until the fat is oily

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir-fry until it tastes out, then add pepper powder, aniseed powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and stir fry

Add the beans and stir-fry until they are broken

Add water to slightly submerge the meat and beans, and cook for 10 minutes

When the water in the pot is just enough to cover the bottom of the vegetables, add the cut noodles, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes until the water in the pot is dry, turn off the heat, and simmer for another 3 minutes, then the pot is ready.
