I really love this braised bean curd noodles, every time I make it

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Cut the carrot into strips, break the beans, cut the pork belly into strips, cut the green onion and ginger into slices, and cut off the dried chili and set aside.

2. Raise the pot and heat oil, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, add pork belly, fry until golden, and stir out the oil.

3. Add dried chili and carrots and fry for two minutes.

4. Add the beans, stir-fry until it turns emerald green, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and stir-fry evenly.

5. Add water to the ingredients and bring to a boil.

6. Spread the noodles on top, cover and simmer for ten minutes on medium heat.

7. Uncover, stir well with chopsticks, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to color, add a little salt to taste, add chicken essence and cook.

Tips:

Streaky pork with light soy sauce, thirteen fragrant, appropriate salt seasoning, more delicious.
