I usually like to make all kinds of noodles. I recently learned about braising noodles. I made it for the first time. It tasted great, so I shared it.

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Prepare the pork belly and cut into thin slices

2. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic, leave a part of the minced garlic in it, and put it at the end

3. Break the beans into long strips, cut the garlic moss into short pieces, set aside

4. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the rice cooker. After the oil is hot, add the meat slices and fry until both sides are browned. It is also possible to use a normal wok

5. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance

6. Add the beans, garlic moss, and stir fry evenly

7. Pour in the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and some sugar.

8. Stir fry evenly

9. Add water to the beans, add a star anise, turn on the steam button, and cook for about 15 minutes. The ingredients themselves are salty, and a small amount of salt can be added if the taste is strong.

10. Use a spoon to scoop out two-thirds of the soup and set it aside for later use

11. Add fresh noodles to the pot and spread evenly. I made two servings with 400g noodles

12. Pour the soup on the noodles, steam and simmer for 15 minutes

13. Basically, the soup is collected, mix well, add minced garlic, and you are ready to eat.
