For the first time, I don’t feel mature, but I should understand better next time.

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Lean meat slices, shredded beans, break into sections, wash

2. Heat the pan, add the fat, and stir to get the oil

3. Remove the oil and leave the oil at the bottom of the pot

4. Add the lean meat and stir up the aroma.

5. A spoonful of dark soy sauce for coloring (I have less dark soy sauce, so I should put more, or use sugar to color it to look better) and stir-fry evenly

6. Add string beans and stir fry

7. A little soy sauce

8. Fuel consumption, stir fry evenly

9. Pour in boiling water, without the beans

10. A little salt, chicken essence, cover and simmer, and bring to a boil again (the color is a bit dark enough)

11. Put in the noodles and spread evenly

12. Cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes (with some dark soy sauce)

13. Stir well, sprinkle with minced garlic

14. Out of the pot

Tips:

When frying the meat, you can use sugar to color, or add more old soy sauces. I feel that the color is not enough this time, and the taste is good.

Don’t cook the noodles for too long.
