Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Prepare ingredients: sliced pork belly, sliced luncheon meat, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and cut beans

2. Heat the oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, and star anise to stir fry to create a fragrance

3. Add pork belly and stir fry

4. When the pork belly is slightly burnt, add the beans and mushrooms, and continue to stir fry

5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine

6. Add water when the skin of the beans is whitish and there are bubbles.

7. Add luncheon meat
