Braised Noodles with Beans

Shake the noodles

Put it in a steamer, steam for 10 minutes after the water is boiled, shake to boil, and continue to steam for another 5 minutes.

Wash the snap beans and cut the pork belly into slices.

After the frying pan is heated, add the onion, ginger, and garlic to taste.

Add pork belly, stir-fry until the sliced pork becomes transparent and curled, add dark soy sauce, lightly darkened soy sauce.

Add the beans and stir-fry until the color darkens. Add a spoonful of soybean paste. Continue to stir fry, add hot water, and spread over the beans.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat and simmer until the beans are half-cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt, and after boiling, add a portion of the soup.

Add the shaken noodles and simmer until the soup is quick to dry, turn off the heat, pour the soup, and mix well.
