Braised Noodles with Beans

The noodles are loosened and steamed for 5 minutes

Carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and green beans are prepared separately for use

Heat oil in a wok, add the beans and carrots to fragrant, then add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for a while

Add the water or stock soaked in the beans, cover and simmer until the beans are fragrant
