Braised Bean Noodles is my favorite among many noodle recipes. The ingredients and methods are very simple. Don't dry the soup inside when simmering, and then mix the noodles and soup well. The noodles are elastic. It is a really delicious noodle with the thick broth remaining. However, when adding braised beans, it is best to add broth or chicken broth. The taste is unique.

Braised Noodles with Beans

2. The noodles are loosened and steamed for 5 minutes

3. Carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and green beans are prepared separately for use

4. Heat oil in a wok, add the beans and carrots to fragrant, then add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for a while

5. Add the water or stock soaked in the beans, cover and simmer until the beans are fragrant

6. Add the steamed noodles evenly, add an appropriate amount of salt and continue to simmer the soup in the pot to thicken

7. Light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, thirteen spices, mix well

8. Then pour the juice from step 7 into the pot and stir well.
