Braised Noodles with Beans and Meatballs

Wash the long beans and cut them into about 5 cm long.

Put the dried noodles in a pot boiled with water, cook until 6-7 are mature, remove and set aside.

Pour some oil into the pot and sauté the garlic slices

Pour the beans and stir fry for a while

Stir fry on medium to low heat (about 2 minutes)
Tips:
Do not cook the noodles in boiling water until they are fully cooked. The remaining heat will continue to heat the noodles after removing them. Otherwise, the noodles will become fry when poured into the beans. Meatballs can be replaced with beef balls or other meatballs according to personal taste.
