Braised Noodles with Celery and Pork

1. Prepare two celery, wash and cut into sections, soak soy bean sprouts, shred lean meat, chop green onion, ginger and garlic

2. Wet noodles bought in the supermarket

3. Mix a bowl of juice, soy sauce and water, the ratio is about 1:1:1

4. Pour oil in the wok, the oil should be more than usual for cooking
