Braised Noodles with Homemade Beans

1. Wash the beans, pick and break into small pieces

2. Prepare the noodles

3. Cut the green onion, garlic and chili and set aside

4. Also take some garlic and chop into mince

5. After the noodles are steamed in the pot, add a little sesame oil and stir.

6. After the oil is hot, pour in shallots, garlic, peppers and potatoes and stir fry a few times
