Braised Noodles with Homemade Beans

Wash the beans, pick and break into small pieces

Prepare the noodles

Cut the green onion, garlic and chili and set aside

Also take some garlic and chop into mince

After the noodles are steamed in the pot, add a little sesame oil and stir.

After the oil is hot, pour in shallots, garlic, peppers and potatoes and stir fry a few times

Pour the beans and stir fry

Pour a little soy sauce

Pour in the right amount of cooking wine and continue to stir fry

Put a pinch of salt

Add a little cabbage

Stir fry a few times and then pour in boiling water, whichever is submerged

Let cool in boiling water, pour into the minced garlic before, add a little sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and set aside

When the vegetables in the pot are half of the juice, put the previously steamed noodles evenly on the vegetables

Stir-fry a few times in a pot, fully blend the vegetables and noodles, and serve.
