Braised Noodles with Mushroom Meat Sauce

Dice mushrooms, onions, carrots, mince or diced pork

Put soybean oil or other edible oil into the pot, add meat filling when 70% to 80% is hot, stir-fry for about two minutes, and fry the meat

Add the diced vegetables and continue to stir-fry for about two minutes until the onion becomes soft

Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce, chicken sauce or chicken powder and chicken bouillon. Add salt and stir fry

Add 1 small bowl of water and boil for two minutes

Just collect the sauce over the high heat and it's ready to be marinated

The noodles I bought are ready-made cut noodles, boiled in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, and it is ready to be cooked, mixed with braised seeds for endless aftertaste
Tips:
It's very simple to make marinated noodles. When I asked, I tasted it and it was delicious! The proportion of stewed vegetables is not necessary. You can add more to whatever you like.
