Braised Noodles with Pork Belly and Beans

Cut the pork belly into slices slightly thicker than usual stir-fry

Wash the beans and pick them as long as you like

Put a little oil in the pot, add ginger, heat the oil, add the pork belly and stir fry until the color changes and the oil is turned, add cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, a little sugar, stir fry for color, pour in water, and add salt. The broth can be slightly more, and the taste is slightly heavier than the usual stir-fry.

In the process of cooking the beans and meat, put a little oil in the noodles and mix well, set aside.

When the beans are cooked, one-third of the soup is formed. Put the mixed noodles in the pot, cover the pot and simmer until cooked. Then pour the soup back into the noodles and stir evenly.
