Braised Noodles with Pork Belly and Beans

Handle all ingredients well.

Heat the oil to 70% heat and add the pork belly slices.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic when both sides are slightly yellow.

Add the potato cubes and continue to stir fry.
5.
Pour in all the seasonings and mix well.
6.
Pour in water that has basically covered all materials.

Gaiguer, simmer for 5 minutes, add carrot pieces.

Put your hands on and roll the dough.
9.
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until the soup is almost dry.
10.
Mix well and serve on a plate for later use.

Tips:
When braising the noodles, be sure to low heat so that the noodles will be cooked and tasty.
