Braised Noodles with String Beans

1. Slice the pork belly and clean the green beans.

2. String beans broken into small pieces

3. Add oil to the wok and add the star anise to fragrant

4. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir to create a fragrance

5. Pour in the pork belly and fry until the flesh is discolored and slightly oily

6. Add the green beans and stir fry until the color changes

7. Join soy sauce

8. Add water, and the water and vegetables will be leveled.

9. Shake the noodles, spread them on top of the dish, cover and stew.

10. Take a bowl, add water, salt, oyster sauce, sesame oil and mix thoroughly.

11. When the water in the pot is almost dry, pour the adjusted juice in twice. The juice should be poured on the noodles, cover and stew until the juice is almost dry, then pour it. Don't collect the juice too dry the second time.
