Braised Noodles with White Beans and Mushrooms

Cut the pork belly into thick strips.

Wash and pinch the beans.

Cut the soaked shiitake mushrooms into strips and cut the shallots into sections.

Heat the wok, add the meat strips and fry to change color, and add the cooking wine.

Add the beans and stir fry.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add two star anises, pour in the soaked mushroom water, add salt and cook for 5 minutes. (Add a little more water)

Put the noodles in the steamer and steam for 8 minutes, then take out the cold water.

Combine the beans, cover and simmer until the water is dry.

Add a little salt, light soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and green onions, stir fry evenly.

Serve out of the pan and serve.
Tips:
Tip: After steaming, the noodles are more chewy, and the soup is more delicious when simmered.
