Braised Old Tofu with Sour Plum Sauce

Prepare all ingredients

Dice lean meat, use appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cornstarch, oil and sugar to marinate for 10 minutes

Dice old tofu and soak in light salt water for a few minutes to remove the beany taste

Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces, peel and dice carrots

Heat the frying pan, fry the diced meat until it changes color, and then take it out for use

Saute the ginger and garlic with the remaining oil in the pot

Stir-fry the diced carrots in the pan

Add the tofu diced to the pot and stir-fry

Add a small half bowl of water or stock

Tips:
Tofu should be eaten right now, and it is not easy to store, because tofu contains a lot of water and protein, it is easy to cause microbes to multiply, and make tofu sour and spoiled.
