Braised Organic Cauliflower Tofu in Oyster Sauce

Break the cauliflower, wash, and soak in brine for 10 minutes. Then change the knife into small pieces and blanch them with boiling water (add a little salt to the water for a bottom taste).

This is a blanched dish.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, blanch it with boiling water (to remove the purine), and rinse with cold water for later use.

Remove the roots of the seafood mushrooms, wash and cut into sections, and blanch them with water.

Cut the green onions, ginger and garlic.

Add oil, star anise and chili from a pot and sauté until fragrant.

Add cauliflower and stir well.

Add tofu and stir-fry well.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry until evenly, add salt and pepper, stir and stir well.

Add seafood mushrooms and stir-fry well, add light soy sauce and mix well.

Stir-fried dishes.

Tips:
Cauliflower blanched water will fully retain nutrients, while tofu and seafood mushroom blanched water will remove some of the purines, making it healthier to eat. The ingredients can be blanched one by one in a pot.
