Braised Peppers in Oil

1. Rinse the green peppers well.

2. Put a pat on the chopping board, and the pat will split to make it easier to taste.

3. Rinse the dried vegetables and soak them in a small bowl of warm water.

4. Heat enough oil in the pot and add chili.

5. Slowly fry on low heat, turn the bottom, fry until the skin is peeled on both sides, then add salt and stir.

6. Add steamed fish soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

7. Pour the dried vegetables together with the soaking water, turn to high heat, and stir evenly to get out of the pot.

Tips:

Drain the water before patting the chili, it is best to shake it, otherwise it will fry the pan with an underwater oil pan, if it is burned by the hot oil, it will not be good
