Braised Pig's Trotters with Rice Wine

Prepare all ingredients

Wash the pig's feet clean, put cold water into the pot, add cooking wine and boil, skimming the foam. (Just cook for a few minutes)

Then take it out and rinse it off

After washing, put it in the rice cooker: add a handful of shallots, soybeans, ginger, dried chili, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, dried hawthorn, soybean paste, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, rock sugar.

Pour in another two catties of rice wine (the same method by Mr. Huang Lei)

Put it in the pressure cooker and simmer for 30 minutes

After simmering, pour it back into the pot and change the heat to collect the juice.
Tips:
You can taste the saltiness when the juice is collected on the fire, if it is not enough, you can add more salt.
