Braised Pointed Fish with Olive Vegetables

The pointed fish are slaughtered and washed.

Spread an even layer of salt on both sides of the fish.

Heat oil in the pan to spread the pointed fish in the pan and fry it.

Fry until golden and thick on one side, turn it over and fry.
5.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded ginger evenly.
6.
Sprinkle another layer of garlic.
7.
Add a little water and cook.

Add the right amount of olive vegetables.
9.
Drizzle a little light soy sauce.
10.
Cover the pot and simmer until the fish is cooked through.
11.
Sprinkle chopped green onion in a boiling pot.
Tips:
Olive vegetables have salted fish, so the salt on the fish should be relatively small.
It is better to fry the fish in a frying pan.
