Braised Pork
1.
Wash and cut pork belly.
2.
Don't cut too much, otherwise the cooking time will be long and the taste will not be good.
3.
Put in a little oil, stir fry for a while (the meat does not need to be blanched in advance), almost put the soy sauce, a spoonful of white wine, a spoonful of white vinegar, and then add water (add it all at once), simmer for about 30 minutes or more, the water is almost harvested Then you can add salt and appropriate amount of sugar to cook out. I like spicy food, so I added dried chili powder.
Tips:
The water should be added all at once, except that there is no special attention to it. The color of the fried sugar is completely unnecessary. It is not easy to control the heat, and the meat will easily have a burnt smell. Of course, there are other things that can be controlled.
