Braised Pork
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, wash the meat and cut into large chunks
2.
Put the cut pork belly in a pan and fry on low heat until golden brown.
3.
Leave a little oil in the pot, add sugar, fry until caramel color, add boiling water, and serve in a small bowl
4.
Put a little oil on the bottom of the pot and saute the ingredients
5.
When the ingredients are fragrant, pour in the fried pork belly, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, half of the sugar color (I boil more) and fry for a while, add boiling water to submerge the ingredients, and simmer over low heat.
6.
After simmering on a low heat for 20 minutes, add homemade chili sauce and dried beans that have been soaked in advance (I personally like the spicy taste and add the chili sauce, but I feel greasy and add dried beans. These can be omitted according to personal taste, which may affect the appearance)
7.
Continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Chopsticks can be easily inserted into the meat and salt can be added to the pot.
8.
The presentation is not very good, but it is soft and glutinous and spicy, not greasy at all, and the meal is very good.
