Salty and delicious fat but not greasy

Braised Pork

1. Say the pork belly is cut into pieces

2. Slice ginger and minced shallot

3. Pour the oil into the pan, add sugar and fry until white bubbles

4. After the sugar is fried, fry the meat in the pan until golden, add a small amount of soy sauce and continue to stir fry

5. Add the right amount of hot water to the pan, cover and turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes. Add the right amount of salt and bring the soup to high heat.

6. After collecting the soup, add the chopped green onion and stir fry into a plate

Tips:

Be careful not to splash yourself when flying sugar
