Braised Pork

Cut the pork belly into pieces, add cold water to the pot and bring the cut pork belly to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes, remove the meat and dry it in water for later use.

Pour the oil, add the green onion, sliced ginger, and two star anises, and fry until the aroma

Pour in the pork belly and stir fry, add the cooking wine, the fried meat has a popping sound, put in a small handful of rock sugar, if you don't like the sweet taste, you can put a little less, and slowly fry it over a low fire. Put three spoons of delicious fresh soy sauce and a small spoon of shiitake soy sauce (for coloring), cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Pour the meat into the enamel pot, add boiling water (must be boiling water), cover the pot and simmer. After boiling, change to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

After simmering for an hour, open the lid to collect the juice. You can add more salt if it feels sweet. It's ready to be cooked!
