Braised Pork and Seaweed

Cut the meat into small pieces as shown. A long strip as thick as a finger.

Sit cold water in the pot. Meat under cold water. Boil to five minutes after the water comes. Remove and set aside.

The seasoning is ready.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add sugar, and boil the syrup. Color the meat. Stir-fry evenly, add soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry evenly, add water, cook for 20 minutes and add kelp. Then cook for ten minutes. Add chicken powder and monosodium glutamate and stir-fry evenly before serving.
