Braised Pork Belly with Beans

Sliced pork belly.

Carob beans are cleaned and cut into small pieces.

Add the chopped green onion and dried chilies in the pan and oil.

Put the pork belly and stir fry.
5.
Add vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce.
6.
Add the beans.
7.
Stir fry evenly.
8.
Add appropriate amount of water to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
9.
Season with salt and chicken essence.
10.
Out of the pan.
