Braised Pork Belly with Green Onion

Wash the pork belly

Ingredients for braised pork, sliced ginger, cut green onion into sections, and cut thick onion into shreds

Put the pork belly in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes to remove, rinse with cold water and set aside

Heat in a pan, saute the ginger slices, shallots, onion shreds, add all the seasoning ingredients, and bring to a boil

Add pork belly and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes

After cooking, spread the onion on the bottom of the dish, slice the pork belly and place it on top of the onion. Serve
Tips:
Soak all the ingredients in the original pot for more than 1 hour, or reheat it the next day before eating, add more flavor
