Braised Pork Belly with Small Taro

The ingredients are as follows, small taro, pork belly (the stewed meat does not need to be marinated), sliced ginger, minced garlic, green onion, and coriander.

Don't put oil in the hot pan. Stir the pork belly until golden, add ginger slices and minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

Then add the taro and stir fry.

Add in the pasta water and boil for five minutes, then add appropriate amount of sugar, salt, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes (depending on the amount of ingredients and time).

Add the scallion and coriander when harvesting the juice.

Finished product: Don't worry about it.
