Braised Pork Ears

Prepare the ingredients first, pig ears and other accessories.

Boil a pot of water, add the following spices ☞ anise, cinnamon, pepper, fragrant leaves, boil for about five to ten minutes to let the spices taste.

Boil another pot of water to remove the pig ears from the boiling water, add a little ginger and cooking wine in the water to remove the fishy smell. Wash it with salt and vinegar before cutting it, pick it up later, and rinse it off.

After the soup is boiled, add salt, sugar, dark soy sauce (soy sauce) light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and minced garlic. Wash the pig scalp and add it to the boiled soup, boil it on high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the soup is thick, turn off the heat.

Just serve the pot, shake two tablespoons of soup to pour it on.
