Braised Pork Knuckles with Soy Beans
1.
Cut the pig's hand into pieces and clean it up.
2.
Add the bay leaves, ginger cubes and cooking wine in the water to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
3.
Pour out the pig's knuckles and wash them with hot water.
4.
Soak soy beans for later use.
5.
Heat the pot, put the pork knuckles in the pot and fry for 2 minutes (I'm afraid it is too greasy, so there is no fry sugar color).
6.
Add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry.
7.
Add rock sugar and stir fry.
8.
Add appropriate amount of water to boil.
9.
Transfer to a soup pot, add cinnamon, aniseed, bay leaves, green onion knots and a little salt. After the high heat is boiled, let it simmer for 40 minutes.
10.
Add the soybeans and simmer for another 30 minutes.
