Braised Pork Meatballs

1. Add eggs, starch, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, green onion and ginger to the meat.

2. Use a spoon to dig into pills, put them in 60% hot oil, and fry them over medium heat.

3. Fried until the meatballs swell and float on the oil surface and are well cooked.

4. Soak dried yellow flowers in warm water in advance.

5. Wash repeatedly and cut into sections with a knife.
