Braised Pork on Rice

1. I bought pork belly with skin, cut off the skin

2. Put pork belly and pork skin into a pot, boil water, add some ginger slices, green onion knots, and grow old after changing color

3. Cut the skin into small cubes

4. Cut the pork belly into cubes

5. Soak the shiitake mushrooms softly and cut into small cubes

6. Frying pan

7. Stir-fry the diced mushrooms first

8. Then add the diced pork skin and stir fry

9. Then add the diced pork belly, stir fry for a while, add some cooking wine

10. Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and five-spice powder and stir well

11. Add the right amount of scallion crisps, this is the most important seasoning

12. Add the right amount of water, I added the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms

13. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for more than 1 hour

14. I used an electric pressure cooker for 15 minutes to save time

15. Pour the pressed braised pork back into the wok to collect the juice, you can add boiled eggs and cook together

16. After the soup is thick, pour sesame oil and sprinkle with chicken powder, mix well

17. Prepared rice, vegetables and marinated eggs, just serve

Tips:

Don’t collect the soup too dry, it will taste delicious if there is juice.
