Braised Pork on Rice

I bought pork belly with skin, cut off the skin

Put pork belly and pork skin into a pot, boil water, add some ginger slices, green onion knots, and grow old after changing color

Cut the skin into small cubes

Cut the pork belly into cubes

Soak the shiitake mushrooms softly and cut into small cubes

Stir-fry the diced mushrooms first

Then add the diced pork skin and stir fry

Then add the diced pork belly, stir fry for a while, add some cooking wine

Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and five-spice powder and stir well

Add the right amount of scallion crisps, this is the most important seasoning

Add the right amount of water, I added the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms

After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for more than 1 hour

I used an electric pressure cooker for 15 minutes to save time

Tips:
Don’t collect the soup too dry, it will taste delicious if there is juice.
