Braised Pork Ribs

Wash the large row, soak it in clean water for 15 minutes, take it out, and drain the water for later use

Place the large row flat on the chopping board, use a meat hammer or the back of a knife to chop the meat on the large row loosely; please be safe when using a knife, do not lift it too high when you do not chop, and do not use excessive force

Place the large pieces in a bowl, sprinkle with cooking wine and ginger slices, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes

Prepare the oil pan, pat the two sides of the large row with dry starch, when the oil starts to smoke, put the large row in gently, fry until the two sides are slightly golden, remove and drain for later use

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, stir in the scallion, ginger, garlic aniseed, etc., put in a large row and stir fry, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, mix well, add boiling water, cover the lid, and low heat for half an hour.

After half an hour, prepare to cook out. If there is still a lot of soup, add a little sugar and turn on high heat to drain the soup.
