Braised Pork Ribs with Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: bamboo shoots.

Ribs (cleaned).

Ginger slices, aniseed, dried chili, rock sugar.

Wash the bamboo shoots and remove them for later use.

Lower the cleaned ribs into a pot of clean water, blanch the ginger slices, and remove.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the ribs and stir fry.

Then, put the dried chili and aniseed, add some water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Then, join the bamboo shoots and flip them.
9.
Finally, add some salt, light soy sauce, and rock sugar.
10.
Season to a boil.

Cook until the soup thickens and serve.
