Braised Pork Ribs with Beans

Snap beans

Sliced ginger

Add garlic, green onion, ginger, star anise, and pork ribs to hot oil in a pot and stir fry over high heat until the color changes

Then pour the light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry to remove the fishy

Add water and beans, turn to low heat and simmer until the juice is collected

Finally add salt and minced garlic
