Braised Pork Ribs with Beans
1.
Pick the beans and wash them, break the long middle, wash the ribs, boil in a pot of cold water, blanch for a while, remove the froth and remove them for use. Prepare the seasonings, scallion, ginger, garlic, star anise, tangerine peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.
2.
Put the oil in the wok and boil it with rock sugar over a low fire. I used white sugar because I was lazy this time, but I still found rock sugar because it is easy to pull the wire behind the white sugar.
3.
After the sugar has melted, add the ribs and stir fry over high heat.
4.
Add spices such as star anise and bay leaves, stir-fry the flavor, add the ingredients, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry.
5.
Add cold water, spread over the ribs, turn to a low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6.
Add the beans for more than half an hour and continue to stew. You can add boiling water to feel the water is less, and taste how the soup tastes. If it is not salty, add some salt, and simmer for about half an hour before it is out of the pot.
7.
It's ready to be eaten on a plate, wow, it tastes great, it still tastes the same πππππΏππΏππΏππΏππΏππΏ
Tips:
When frying the sugar color, you must use rock sugar, otherwise it will pull; when you add water in the middle, you must add boiling water to prevent the meat from becoming tight. In fact, you can add boiling water when you add water for the first time. The normal temperature mineral water added this time is also ok.
