Braised pork ribs with dried beans, a simple but delicious home-cooked dish"

Braised Pork Ribs with Dried Beans

1. Boil the ribs and remove the cold water.

2. Dried beans are soaked softly, don't soak the hair, they tend to break when stewed.

3. Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the ribs until they turn yellow.

4. Add scallion, ginger, star anise, dried red pepper, and stir fry with a teaspoon of five-spice powder to create a fragrance.

5. Add the dark soy sauce and dried beans and stir-fry evenly. Pour the soy sauce along the side of the pot, add the rock sugar with warm water, bring to a boil over high heat, and add salt.

6. Turn to low heat and simmer until the ribs are soft and rotten. Collect the juice, add MSG sesame oil and coriander.

Tips:

The juice can be collected according to your own preferences. Some people like to eat dry, and some like to bring the soup

Put some salt in step 5, it will be salty when the juice is collected
